About Kelly

Kelly Corrigan has written four New York Times bestselling memoirs, The Middle Place, Lift, Glitter and Glue, and Tell Me More, each taking a different season of family life as its subject. She has also written the children's books Hello World! (2021) and Marianne the Maker (2025).

She hosts the PBS series Tell Me More with Kelly Corrigan, now in its seventh season, where she interviews changemakers including Bryan Stevenson, Samantha Power, Jennifer Garner, and Steve Kerr. Her podcast and NPR show Kelly Corrigan Wonders has passed 16 million downloads.

The material behind her keynotes is personal before it is professional. She came through stage 3 breast cancer in 2004 with young children at home, while caring for her father through late-stage cancer at the same time. That mix of candour and comic timing is why she has been called the Poet Laureate of the Ordinary, and she now draws on more than 400 long-form interviews alongside her own experience.
